Course Overview

The Closed-Circuit Rebreather Air Diluent - Decompression (MOD2) course is the second step in the exclusive world of closed-circuit rebreathers. The main focus of this course is learning the skills and techniques required to engage in decompression diving using a closed-circuit rebreather.

Pre-requisites

Advanced Nitrox diver certified.
Decompression Procedures diver certified.
50 logged dives.

OR

Closed Circuit Rebreather Air Diluent (MOD1) certified.
30 hours on Closed Circuit Rebreather.
6 months experience on Closed Circuit Rebreather.

Prerogatives

After completing the Closed-Circuit rebreather Air Diluent - Decompression (MOD2) course, the successful candidate engage in decompression diving using air as a diluent on a specific closed-circuit rebreathers to a maximum depth of 45msw.
