Phuket offers a broad selection of dive sites that will satisfy divers from all horizons. The most famous location remains the Similan Archipelago, where Jacques Cousteau Shot a film on the Sea Gypsies. Phuket, however, has a lot more dive sites to be explored. Heading south lies Hin Deang and Hin Muang, two top class dive sites (Hin Muang being probably the best dive site in Thailand).

Phuket also has a few deep wrecks to be enjoyed by technical divers. The depth ranges from 60m down to over 90m.

Many unknown and/or undove shipwrecks still lie here in peace, just waiting to be discovered. OZD runs explorations weeks in order to try and identify them.
