of Phuket known by the locals as the "Jewel of the South". Most
divers would not imagine that Phuket has dive sites that require a technical
configuration has the wrecks lye in depths between 60 and 95m. Most of
these wrecks have seen only a handfull of divers and most of them are
still unidentified and every new information about them is one more clue
towards there identety. Phuket is also an amazing beach resort holding
splendid beaches, a multitude of delicious sea food restaurants, of monnlight
bars, boutiques, as well as all amenities such as banks, supermarkets,
post offices and medical care. Not to forget the legendary "Night
Life" that made the fame of Phuket.
6 days of diving on four
deep wrecks of Phuket. The dive sites are reached in 60-90minutes
from Chalong Pier by a large boats that can carry up to 10 technical divers
fully equipped. The scheduled dive sites are the HMS
Vestal, the CP1238,
and the SS Petaling
All dives will be carried out on Trimix. The depth ranges from 60 to 75
metres. Their is also a possibility for recreational divers to dive on
a multitude of spendide recreational dive sites and even on a ferry
of 87m lying just beside Anemone Reef.
Ocean Zone Divers is
located in Chalong, just a few minutes from the Pier. We can blend any
type of gas from Nitrox to Trimix and it is possible to rent doubles and
decompression tanks. You can also enrol for courses through different
agencies such as NAUI, IANTD, TDI and PADI (please
call before).
There is a large selection of resorts
and hotels here in Phuket. Please refer to the accommodation
section to find something appropriate.
We will run trips to the deep wreks for GROUPS ONLY, the dates must
be set 1 monthes prior to the departure in order to charter the boat
and reserve the hotel rooms. The offer below includes: 6 days of diving
(1 dive per day), tanks and weights, transfers from and to the airport.
This offer requires a minimum of 4 divers. 10% discount is given for
groups larger than 6 divers.
Extra fees include: travel fees to Phuket aiport and airport taxes,
equipment rental if required, gases.
