The Rodeo25 was a freighter measuring 65m in length, 10m at the beam and a draught of 3,5m.
HISTORY

Launched in 1956 as the Nore by a Dutch shipyard, she is sold in 1969 and renamed as the Booker Trojan, renamed again as the Caricom Adventurer and again as the Cari Gulf Venture. In 1986 she is again renamed as the Windward Trader and abandoned on the Miami River. She will finally be sunk as an artificial reef on the 12th of Mai 1990. Close to 100'000 persons attended the event of the 25th anniversary of the "Beach Fishing Rodeo" held on the beach of Pompano. She is since known as the Rodeo 25.

Site : the Rodeo 25 lies off Pompano Beach, Florida.
Co-ordinates :
Depth : the top of the mast lies at 15m and the deepest part is the stern at 36m.
THE DIVE
Top
The Rodeo 25 is a splendid wreck of the eastern coast of Florida. In clear water, she lies straight on her hull. The general state of the wreck is excellent, both masts are still standing. Penetration can be done in the wheelhouse and in the engine room with all necessary precaution.
DIFFICULTY
Top
There are no particular difficulties, no fishing nets. Nitrox 32 would be the gas of choice for this dive, giving us over 20 minutes without leaving the NDL.
