The Closed-Circuit Rebreather Air Diluent (MOD1) course is the first step in the exclusive world of closed-circuit rebreathers. The main focus of this course is learning the benefits and hazards of closed rebreathers and understanding the concept of a constant Po2.

Pre-requisites

Nitrox diver certified.
20 logged dives.

Prerogatives

After completing the Closed-Circuit rebreather Air Diluent (MOD1) course, the successful candidate engage in non decompression diving using air as a diluent on a specific closed-circuit rebreathers to a maximum depth of 30msw.
